VZN LLP, a ten-attorney business law firm in Southern California, is seeking motivated, independent candidates to join its transactional corporate practice. This position will primarily handle corporate governance, Seed and Series A-stage fundraisings, and commercial transactions. While lateral California attorneys with 4-7 years experience are preferred, all experience levels are invited to apply. Salary is dependent on experience and expected to be between $165,000 to $245,000 per year.
