Ali Vazin is the Founder & Managing Partner of VZN LLP, a business law firm based in Los Angeles. As a business and startup lawyer, Ali advises early-stage, growth-stage, and small to mid size companies as they navigate legal challenges from formation to exit. Ali works closely with founders, executives, and operators across industries including technology, professional services, real estate, and hospitality.

His legal practice spans the full business lifecycle: entity formation, venture capital financing (Seed, Series A, and later stages), mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate leasing transactions, employment law compliance, and partnership structuring. He and his team also handle all aspects of contract negotiation, corporate governance, and securities law compliance. They've advised on over $500 million in transactions, helping clients secure early-stage funding, implement scalable legal infrastructure, and achieve successful exits through strategic acquisitions and liquidity events.

Before founding VZN, Ali launched and led a startup himself. That firsthand experience—raising capital, scaling a team, managing risk—gives him unique insight into the entrepreneurial journey, which he brings to every legal engagement.
