Harrison Dilday is an attorney at VZN LLP focused on corporate transactions and general counsel services for startups and growth-stage companies. He advises founders and executives through financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and liquidity events, and serves as day-to-day outside counsel on matters spanning intellectual property, executive compensation, equity and option plans, and commercial contracts.

Harrison's practice draws on experience at two of the country's leading corporate and securities firms. At Fenwick & West, he represented technology and life sciences companies in M&A transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance matters. He later joined TroyGould, where he expanded his practice to advise companies across technology, retail, entertainment, and food and beverage on the full range of transactional and compliance needs.
