Khadijah Omerdin is a 2023 law school graduate from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and joined the firm as a Post-Bar Law Clerk shortly after graduation. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Commercial Contracts, and Entities teams.

On the Corporate team, Khadijah works closely with companies at both early and growth stages, providing comprehensive support throughout financing transactions. She works on all aspects of the deal process, from initial documentation through closing, and advises on general corporate governance and compliance matters. In addition, Khadijah is an active member of the firm’s Entities team, where she assists clients with entity formation, structuring, and related organizational matters.

As part of the Commercial Contracts team, Khadijah has experience negotiating a wide range of contracts for clients across various industries, including real estate and SaaS clients. Her work includes drafting, reviewing, and advising on complex commercial agreements that support clients' day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
